To ensure a safe, secure, and premium experience for all our guests, Rolling Retreat LLC maintains strict rental qualifications and comprehensive insurance protocols. Please review our mandatory requirements prior to booking your reservation.

⚠️ Complex Vehicle Acknowledgement

• Moving Parts & Operations: This is a large, high-value Class A motorcoach featuring complex mechanical systems, slide-outs, high-amp electrical systems, and numerous moving parts.

• Renter Responsibility: The primary renter assumes full operational responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period. The renter is legally and financially responsible for any and all damages occurring to the interior, exterior, mechanics, or accessories of the coach during their reservation.

📋 Renter Qualifications

• Age Requirement: The primary renter and any designated drivers must be 25 years of age or older with a clean driving record.

• Identification: A valid U.S. driver’s license and a matching major credit card must be provided at the time of booking.

• Authorized Drivers Only: Only drivers explicitly verified and approved by our commercial insurance provider are permitted to operate the vehicle. Any unauthorized drivers will result in the immediate forfeiture of your entire security deposit and void your insurance coverage.

🛡️ Commercial Insurance Coverage

• Mandatory Binder Requirement: Comprehensive commercial insurance coverage is required for the entire duration of your trip. We will guide you through securing a temporary commercial insurance binder via our underwriters or your personal provider.

• Security Deposit: A refundable $3,000 security deposit is authorized on your credit card, paid cash, or a check sent early enough to clear prior to setup or departure. This deposit is released within 7 business days following a successful, damage-free post-rental inspection.

🚫 Strict Coach Policies & Deposit Forfeiture

• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco/cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside the motorcoach. Any unauthorized smoking will result in the immediate forfeiture of your entire security deposit.

• Pet Policy: No Pets allowed. Bringing any unauthorized pets into the motorcoach will result in the immediate forfeiture of your entire security deposit.

• Utility Compliance: Renters are responsible for reserving a campground site that explicitly features a 50-amp electrical hookup capable of supporting a 41-foot Class A vehicle. If going to an area with no utility hook-ups, renter is responsible for excessive generator use and emptying waste tanks.
